Videogame Controversy by bricket Videogame Controversy by bricket
This trend of parents groups passing the buck onto movies/music/peers/videogames/internet et cetera is going way too far.
Instead of taking an active interest in what their child reads, watches, plays, and who they interact with, they expect the rest of society to take care of THEIR children.

This whole business in the news about children accessing the 'hot coffee' scenes in GTA: San Andreas is utterly ridiculous. Why would a child have a mature rated game in the first place? I think little Johnny probably doesn't have the resources to spring for the XBOX and a game himself, the money's coming from somewhere.

Its stupid parents like him that make these anti video game jerks start whining. Not only are kids and teensgetting too lazy to think, but the parents are too. I'll even admit that I like GTA, but I bought it when I was 13. GTA: SA made me curse! XD!!! But other than that, I still love it. Still, that should show everyone that no one under fifteen I(depedng on how mature the teen is) or acorrding to the legal system, 18 or older.

That reminded me of when a classmate of mine said that he asked a grade school kid ask what he liked about GTA: SA and the kid said "I like it when the man and women wrestle naked!"

O_o Man, people can be such idiots. It effected me for a while, but I managed to grow out of it.
